America: Freedom to Fascism

^From Google Video, and currently making rounds inside U.S. movie theaters. It's well worth a watch.


I was personally disapointed to see no mention as the film progressed to how much The New Deal contributed to the creation of the domestic federal attitudes they highlight here. The ground work for the paradigm shift of the American public from concious contributors to interned beggers stands heavily upon F.D.R.'s response to the depression. The repercussions being the seminal systems of an American National Socialist State. As Pearl Harbor was used to pull American Hearts into WWII, and 9/11 misused for the case to attack Babylon (Iraq), the depression allowed for a radical reexamination of our governments attitudes toward we the people. The key difference being that here the lense was turned on a public deemed responsible for disaster as opposed to the Axis powers and Terrorist cells.
